Thus, in terms of the continuous development of society, we believe that this issue is present for assessors of real estate, as new products will increase the comfort and quality of life of people, this will increase the value of real property. A good feature of a civil or commercial construction depends not only design but also the proper choice, the fair use of materials and quality.
