Abstract:
The paper is based on the author's experience gained from teaching IP in
university courses, courses for employees of different universities (Technical University of Cluj-
Napoca, "Iuliu Haţieganu" University of Medicine and Pharmacy of Cluj-Napoca) and IP
awareness courses for SMEs and product managers. The paper presents the structuring of
information depending on the degree of knowledge and expectations of different categories of
learners (students, employees of universities, specialists in SME-s).
