Economia ca suport inovaţional pentru dezvoltarea ştiinţei

Abstract

This report represents a concise analysis of the applicative science management in the planned economy and its changes to the market economy during 20 years of transition, based on historic data of scientific research development in the branch of sun energy utilization, at the Scientific and Engineering Center “Informinstrument” S.A., the successor of Chisinau Branch of Union Scientific Research, Designer andTechnological Institute of Current Sources (USRCS) of Scientific and Production Company “KVANT” Moscow. It is demonstrated that economic problems represent a source of inspiration for scientific objectives formulation and innovation elaborations, which have the unchanged destination of self-transforming into non-material assets of the economy branches. The size of those assets in the economy represents the real value of the elaborated innovations of the scientists. Thus the economy and the science are forming a dipole with an orientation that characterizes the society development dynamics, but in transitional situations this dipole is formally supported or vanished temporarily.
