Evoluţia sistemului bancar al Republicii Moldova în tranziţie la economia de piaţă

Abstract

Articolul prezintă o analiză retrospectivă a creării cadrului legal şi reglementărilor pentru dezvoltarea sistemului bancar în Republica Moldova. De asemenea se atrage o atenţie deosebită direcţiilor principale de dezvoltare a sistemului bancar pe termen mediu, precum implementării standardelor în domeniul financiar-bancar şi consolidării sistemului bancar.

The article presents an analysis of the creation of legal framework and regulations for the development of banking system in the Republic of Moldova. A special attention is paid to the main directions of banking system development for medium term, as well as to the implementation of financial and banking standards and consolidation of the banking system.

L’article présente une analyse rétrospective de la création du cadre légal et des réglementations pour le développement du système bancaire dans la République de Moldova. Aussi, une attention importante est accordée aux directions principales de développement du système bancaire au moyen terme et aux implémentations de standards dans le domaine financier-bancaire et consolidation du système bancaire.

Статья представляет собой ретроспективный анализ создания законодательной базы для развития банковской системы Республики Молдова. Также уделяется большое внимание главным направлениям развития банковской системы на среднесрочный период, как, например введение стандартов в финансовой области и консолидация банковской системы.
