dc.description.abstract | In this paper-work are presented the experiments results in which was established the influence of the pedo-climatic conditions at the pink wines production from the Pinot-Noir grapes sort, cultivated in the Centre and South region of Moldova. Obtained data shows the fact that for the pink wines production are recommended the grapes from the Pinot-Noir sort cultivated in the Centre region of the Republic of Moldova, because obtained wines correspond to the requirements by the pink wines of good quality. | en_US |
