Perspectives for improving the environment of the Republic of Moldova in the context of long-term development of water supply, sewerage and waste management enterprises

Abstract

The article deals with the issues of economic development of the economy of the Republic of Moldova in the context of its environment. As the economy of any state develops, there is an increase in harmful effects on the environment. To protect the environment it is important to minimize air and water pollution, waste generation and soil contamination. The activities of water supply, waste treatment and waste management enterprises directly affect the environment. Therefore, the paper analyzes the economic development of these enterprises, as well as their impact on the improvement of the environment of the Republic of Moldova. The results of the performed analysis showed that the enterprises of water supply, waste treatment and recovery works of the Republic of Moldova have internal reserves to improve their activity and the prospects of this field are optimistic.

В статье рассмотрены вопросы экономического развития экономики Республики Молдова в контексте состояния его окружающей среды. По мере развития экономики любого государства происходит повышение вредных воздействий на окружающую среду. Для охраны окружающей среды важно минимизировать загрязнение атмосферного воздуха и водных ресурсов, образование отходов и загрязнение почвы. Деятельность предприятий водоснабжения, очистки и обработки отходов напрямую влияет на состояние окружающей среды. Поэтому в работе приведен анализ экономического развития данных предприятий, а также их влияние на улучшение окружающей среды Республики Молдова. Результаты выполненного анализа показали, что предприятия водоснабжения, очистки и обработки отходов и восстановительных работ Республики Молдова располагают внутренними резервами для улучшения своей деятельности и перспективы данной сферы вызывают оптимизм.
