Budgeting and economic importance in the production of table grapes

Abstract

The results of table grape plantations on intensive support systems have a very good performance, both in our country and abroad. The vines on the Pergola support system allow obtaining very large harvests, and the grapes being of a superior quality compared to traditional systems. In this vein, every year more and more domestic producers choose to grow vines on this type of support. This is confirmed by statistical data. Since the investment costs are considerable for the establishment of such a plantation, table grape producers have a harder time deciding to start such investments, but the beautiful results that this method of growing vines brings, gradually convince more and more producers in its efficiency. Thus in 2020 over 150 hectares of vines were planted on the Pergola system. Currently, in the Republic of Moldova, about 300 hectares have ended up being planted with vines on the Pergola type system, compared to 6 hectares certified five years ago.

Rezultatele plantațiilor de struguri de masă pe sisteme de suport intensiv au o performanță foarte bună, atât în țara noastră, cât și în străinătate. Viile de vie de pe sistemul de sustinere Pergola permit obtinerea unor recolte foarte mari, iar strugurii fiind de o calitate superioara fata de sistemele traditionale. În acest sens, în fiecare an tot mai mulți producători autohtoni aleg să cultive viță de vie pe acest tip de suport. Acest lucru este confirmat de datele statistice. Întrucât costurile de investiție sunt considerabile pentru înființarea unei astfel de plantații, producătorii de struguri de masă se hotărăsc mai greu să demareze astfel de investiții, dar rezultatele frumoase pe care le aduce această metodă de cultivare a viței de vie, convin treptat din ce în ce mai mulți producători în eficiența ei. Astfel în 2020 au fost plantate peste 150 de hectare de viță de vie pe sistemul Pergola. În prezent, în Republica Moldova, aproximativ 300 de hectare au ajuns să fie plantate cu viță de vie pe sistem de tip Pergola, față de 6 hectare certificate în urmă cu cinci ani.
