Effect of iodine intake from fortified fatty products on iodine content of rats thyroid gland

Abstract

The present work examines changes in the thyroid system of rats at the experimental mercazole-induced hypothyroidism. As well it determines the influence of iodinated oil and margarine on the thyroid system of rats. It specifies the safe value of iodinated oil and margarine for rats. In vivo study demonstrated the efficacy of fortification of lipid products with iodine under iodine deficiency status.

Lucrarea dată include un studiu asupra schimbărilor în sistema tiroidiană ale şobolanilor cu hipotireoză experimentală. De asemenea, a fost stabilită influenţa uleiului şi a margarinei iodate asupra sistemei tiroidiene a şobolanilor, apreciată siguranţa uleiului şi a margarinei iodate pentru şobolani. Cercetările in vivo au arătat eficienţa fortificării produselor grase cu iod asupra statutului iododeficitar ale şobolanilor.

Le présent travail inclut un étude sur les changements qui ont lieu dans la tyroïde des rats avec une hypotyreose expérimentale. On a établie l’influence de l’huile et de la margarine iodées sur le système thyroïdien des rats. A été établie la sécurité de l’huile et de la margarine iodées pour les rats. Les recherches menées in vivo ont démontré l’efficience de la fortifica-tion des produits gras sur le statut iododéficient des rats.

В работе рассмотрены морфологические изменения в тиреоидной системе крыс при экспериментальном мерказолило-вом гипотиреозе.Определено влияние йодированного масла и маргарина на тиреоидную систему крыс. Приведена оценка безопасности йодированного масла и маргарина для крыс. Изучение in vivo показало эффективное влияние обогащенных йодом жировых продуктов на йододефицитный статус крыс.
