Abstract:
In this work, for a comprehensive solution to the issue of increasing the efficiency of the heating system, subject to reducing energy costs, the effectiveness of installing a flow extension with a length of four sections, with a slot in the tube, was proved. This modification has simple components in its structure, which implies their easy production. As a result of modeling the distribution of the coolant in the heating device, it is shown that the installation of the above flow extension promotes uniform heating of the heater with a radiator surface temperature in the range of 58 - 64 °С, a uniform coolant temperature along the entire length of the radiator in the range of 70-65 °С compared to standard ways of connecting heating devices in the heating system.
