Abstract

Invenţia se referă la industria constructoare de maşini, în special la echipamentul pentru fixarea pieselor. Mandrina pentru fixarea pieselor include un corp 1 cu flanşă 22, în care sunt amplasate, executate în formă de bride, pârghiile de strângere 11, montate cu posibilitatea de a se roti în jurul axei sale şi legate cinematic cu corpul 1 şi crucea 6, extractoare 7 şi elemente de orientare 24. Noutatea invenţiei constă în aceea că pârghiile 11 şi extractoarele 7 sunt legate articulat între ele printr-o pârghie 12. Elementele de orientare 24, executate în formă de bolţuri, sunt instalate rigid în partea frontală a flanşei 22. Suprafaţa de contact a pârghiilor 11 cu semifabricatul poate fi executată zimţată.

The invention relates to the mechanical engineering, in particular to the workpiece holding equipment. The workpiece holding chuck contains a body 1 with flange 22, wherein there are placed, made in the form of grippers, clamping levers 11, mounted with the possibility of rotation round its own axis and kinematically joined with the body 1 and the spider 6, pushers 7 and orientation elements 24. Novelty consists in that the levers 11 and the pushers 7 are articulately joined between them by a lever 12. The orientation elements 24, made in the form of pins, are rigidly installed in the frontal plane of the flange 22. The levers 11 surface coming in contact with the blank may be made knurled.
