Managementul proiectelor în construcţii orientat pe performanţa resurselor umane

Abstract

Teza de master are ca scop descrierea unor parametri care în mod direct influențează productivitatea, analiza posibiliății de a micșora orele de lucru în săptămînă, sinergia în echipă, și cum productivitatea descrește invers proporțional cu numărul de muncitori în echipă. Reișind din scopul propus au fost formulate următoarele obiective: depistarea problemelor cu care se confruntă managerul Resurse Umane; analiza soluțiilor nestandarte pentru creșterea productivității; descrierea modului de aplicare a soluțiilor în practica de construcții, examinarea modului de salarizare și de normare a muncii, analiza activității unei companii din Republica Moldova.

The master's thesis aims to describe parameters that directly influence productivity, the analysis of the possibility of reducing working hours per week, team synergy, and how productivity decreases inversely with the number of workers in the team. Succeeding from the proposed goal, the following objectives were formulated: detecting the problems faced by the Human Resources manager; analysis of non-standard solutions to increase productivity; description of how to apply solutions in construction practice, examination of how to pay and standardize work, analysis of the activity of a company in the Republic of Moldova.
