Abstract

By the decision of the University Senate Meeting held at 31 January 2012 The honorary title of Doctor Honoris Causa is conferred upon Astronaut Frank Lee CULBERTSON in recognition of his outstanding achievements and contributions to harnessing space, promotion of science and technology internationally, strengthening relations between nations and peoples, education of the young generation of engineers.
