Tema are ca scop elaborarea unei soluții tehnice eficiente pentru asigurarea confortului termic într-o clădere rezidințială modernă. Imobilul analizat este alcătuit din cinci nivele locative și un nivel destinat parcării subterane, iar ultimul etaj este proiectat sub formă de penthouse, având compartimentări și condeții specifice de exploatare.În cadrul proiectului au fost analizate caracteristicile constructive ale clăderii, necesarul de energie termică pentru fiecare apartament și modul de destribuție a agentului termic în interiorul instalației. Sistemul de încălzire este conceput astfel încât fiecare apartament să beneficieze de sistem propriu de încălzire, oferind posibilitatea reglării indeviduale a temperaturii și a consumului energetic.
The aim of this project is to develop an effective technical solution for ensuring thermal comfort in a modern residential building. The building under analysis consists of five residential floors and one floor designated for underground parking; the top floor is designed as a penthouse, with specific room layouts and operating conditions. As part of the project, the building’s structural characteristics, the thermal energy requirements for each apartment, and the distribution of the heating medium within the system were analyzed. The heating system is designed so that each apartment has its own heating system, allowing for individual control of temperature and energy consumption.
