Данная работа посвящена реконструкции и дизайну детского развивающего центра, расположенного в р. Единцы с. Старые Братушаны по ул. Ленина. На данный момент здание никак не эксплуатируется и находится в неудовлетворительном состоянии. Общая площадь здания 1344м2, оно включает: 3 этажа, чердачное помещение и подвальное помещение. В данной работе рассматриваются различные аспекты интерьерного дизайна. В первой главе представляется предварительный анализ проекта, включая ситуационный план здания, требования к водоснабжению и канализации, техно-экономические показатели, функциональную организацию и расположение объекта. Во второй главе рассматривается архитектурно-конструктивная часть, включая конструктивные решения и планировку внутренних помещений. В третьей главе подробно описывается декоративные решения. Описывается выбранный стиль, мебель, цветовая гамма, освещение и применяемые отделочные материалы. В четвертой главе описаны аспекты строительной физики и рассчитывается звукоизоляция детского центра. Пятая глава описывает технологию применения отделочных материалов в каждом помещения и содержит описание конкретного материала. Шестая глава перечисляет использованную литературу, как источник информации для данного проекта. В седьмой главе приведены документы, относящиеся к проекту.
This paper is dedicated to the reconstruction and design of a children’s development center located in the town of Edineț, in the village of Old Bratusani, on Lenin Street. As of today, the building is not in use and is in unsatisfactory condition. The total area of the building is 1397,28 m² and includes three floors, an attic space, and a basement. This work examines various aspects of interior design. The first chapter presents a preliminary analysis of the project, including the site plan of the building, water supply and sewage requirements, technical and economic indicators, functional organization, and the location of the facility. The second chapter examines the architectural and structural aspects, including structural solutions and the layout of the interior spaces. The third chapter provides a detailed description of the decorative solutions. It describes the selected style, furniture, color palette, lighting, and finishing materials used. The fourth chapter describes aspects of building physics and includes calculations of the sound insulation of the children’s center. The fifth chapter explains the technology of applying finishing materials in each room and contains a description of a specific material. The sixth chapter lists the literature used as a source of information for this project. The seventh chapter contains documents related to the project.
