The bachelor’s thesis on the topic „Interior Design of a Coworking Space for Creative Industries in the Residential Complex „Avram Iancu” located at 32 A. Iancu Street, Chișinău” presents the development of an interior design for a coworking space intended for creative industries. The total area of the premises is 609.2 square meters. The initial condition is an open space without partitions, with reinforced concrete columns and incomplete engineering networks. Within the framework of the project, the following 6 stages were carried out: 1. Pre-design analysis. 2. Architectural and structural solutions. 3. Artistic and decorative solutions. 4. Building physics. 5. Finishing works technology. 6. Bibliography. A new planning structure has been developed in the project, including thirteen functional zones: open space, capsule workstations, conference halls, a multifunctional hall, workshops, a library, a reception area, a kitchen, a lounge area, and sanitary facilities. Special attention has been paid to ergonomics, lighting, and the psychological comfort of users. The basic style of the interior chosen is mid-century modern in a contemporary interpretation, complemented by loft elements and modern style. The color scheme, finishing materials, and decorative solutions have been selected taking into account the aesthetic and practical requirements of public spaces. The developed project can be implemented in practice and used to organize an efficient, comfortable, and aesthetically expressive working space for representatives of creative industries in the central part of Chișinău. In the designed space, different activity formats — focused work, group meetings, public events — can take place simultaneously without interfering with each other.
