Elaborarea studiului de fezabilitate privind dezvoltarea unor obiective comerciiale din s. Ciobanovca, com. Ciobanovca, r. Anenii Noi

Abstract

Scopul lucrării constă în elaborarea și analiza studiului de fezabilitate pentru dezvoltarea unor obiective comerciale în s. Ciobanovca, prin analizarea condițiilor tehnice, economice și organizatorice necesare realizării investiției. În lucrare se va determina soluțiile constructive și funcționale optime pentru obiectivele comerciale propuse, analiza amplasamentului și a condițiilor inginerești ale terenului, evaluarea resurselor și a costurilor necesare pentru executarea lucrărilor de construcție, evidențierea importanței planificării eficiente a activităților și resurselor în cadrul proiectelor investiționale din domeniul construcțiilor comerciale. Obiectivele generale ale lucrării studierea teoriei privind managementul proiectelor și studiul de fezabilitate, analiza caracteristicilor tehnice și funcționale ale obiectivelor comerciale propuse, determinarea necesarului de materiale, utilaje și resurse umane pentru executarea lucrărilor, organizarea procesului de aprovizionare și planificarea lucrărilor de construcție, elaborarea și analiza devizelor de cheltuieli și evaluarea eficienței economice a investiției.

The purpose of the thesis consists in the elaboration and analysis of the feasibility study for the development of commercial objectives in Ciobanovca village, through the analysis of the technical, economic, and organizational conditions necessary for the implementation of the investment. The paper determines the optimal constructive and functional solutions for the proposed commercial objectives, the analysis of the site location and engineering conditions of the land, the evaluation of resources and costs necessary for the execution of construction works, highlighting the importance of efficient planning of activities and resources within investment projects in the field of commercial construction. The general objectives of the thesis are studying the theory regarding project management and feasibility study, analyzing the technical and functional characteristics of the proposed commercial objectives, determining the necessity of materials, equipment, and human resources for the execution of works, organizing the supply process and planning construction works, elaborating and analyzing cost estimates and evaluating the economic efficiency of the investment.
