Perfecționarea activității de transport de pasageri în cadrul companiei aeriene HiSky

Abstract

Prezenta teză de master abordează problematica complexă a perfecționării activității de transport aerian de pasageri în cadrul companiei HiSky. Teza de față include trei compartimente de bază și concluziile finale. Primul capitol al lucării prezintă stadiul actual de dezvoltare a companiei avia HiSky, evidențiază rolul și importanța transportului aerian și a Aeroportului Internațional Chișinău ca hub regional de transport avia. În același capitol a fost expusă caracteristica generală a companiei HiSky și prezentate cele mai importante rezultate ale activității de producere a acesteia. Astfel, s-a constatat că compania deține una dintre cele mai moderne flote avia din regiune, că în anul 2023 a transportat peste un million de pasageri din cele trei huburi avia: Chișinău, București și Cluj, precum și faptul că din 2023 este o companie profitabilă cu o marjă anuală de profit de circa 9%. În compartimentul de proiectare tehnologică a fost analizat stadiul actual de dezvoltare a tehnologiilor de transport aerian de pasageri, esența modelelor de perfecționare a activității companiilor avia și sistemul de criterii de apreciere a activității de transport avia. A fost aleasă metodologia de evaluare a eficienței activității de transport avia prin desfășurarea sondajului de opinie a pasagerilor înainte și la finalul operării zborului, în rezultat sunt identificate problemele principale specific activității întreprinderii. În scopul soluționării aspectelor critice ale activității de transport de pasageri s-a propus modernizarea pregătirii profesionale a însoțitorilor de bord prin crearea Consiliului Metodic în cadrul companiei, responsabil cu organizarea perfecționării profesionale a personalului, precum și implementarea sistemului de mentorat pentru tinerii stagiari. La finalul tezei de master a fost evaluată eficiența economică a măsurilor elaborate, în particular fiind prognozată creșterea profitului operational în rezultatul perfecționării activității de transport avia de pasageri, a fost evaluat necesarul de investiții de capital, precum și economia anuală și rata rentabilității investițiilor de capital.

This master's thesis addresses the complex issue of improving the passenger air transport activity within the HiSky company. This thesis includes three main sections and the final conclusions. The first chapter of the work presents the current stage of development of the HiSky airline, highlights the role and importance of air transport and Chisinau International Airport as a regional air transport hub. In the same chapter, the general characteristics of the HiSky company were presented and the most important results of its production activity were presented. Thus, it was found that the company has one of the most modern aircraft fleets in the region, that in 2023 it transported over one million passengers from the three air hubs: Chisinau, Bucharest and Cluj, as well as the fact that since 2023 it has been a profitable company with an annual profit margin of about 9%. In the technological design department, the current stage of development of passenger air transport technologies was analyzed, the essence of models for improving the activity of air companies and the system of criteria for assessing air transport activity. The methodology for assessing the efficiency of air transport activity was chosen by conducting a passenger opinion survey before and at the end of the flight operation, as a result, the main problems specific to the enterprise's activity were identified. In order to solve the critical aspects of passenger transport activity, it was proposed to modernize the professional training of flight attendants by creating a Methodological Council within the company, responsible for organizing professional development of personnel, as well as implementing a mentoring system for young trainees. At the end of the master's thesis, the economic efficiency of the developed measures was assessed, in particular, the increase in operational profit as a result of improving the activity of passenger air transport was forecasted, the need for capital investments was assessed, as well as the annual savings and the rate of return on capital investments. At the end of the master's thesis, some final conclusions are presented aiming at achieving the basic objectives of the work.
