Crearea tipului de ovine Karakul Moldovenesc

Abstract

Scopul lucrării: elaborarea şi fundamentarea ştiinţifică a cadrului metodologic conceptual şi strategic de creare şi perfecţionare a tipului nou de ovine Karakul Moldovenesc. Obiectivele lucrării: revelarea particularităţilor biologice ale caracterelor morfo- productive ale mieilor și ovinelor Karakul moldovenesc, elucidarea factorilor şi legăturilor corelative ce determină variabilitatea lor; elaborarea metodelor obiective de evaluare a caracterelor, argumentarea parametrilor optimali de selecţie a mieilor şi variantelor eficiente de împerechere a ovinelor; aprecierea comparativă şi argumentarea metodelor obiective de testare genotipică a reproducătorilor după calităţile descendenţei; evidenţierea precocităţii, eritabilităţii şi repetabilităţii masei corporale şi producţiei de lapte la ovine; determinarea valorii economice a caracterelor de selecţie, elaborarea indicilor complecşi de selecţie a ovinelor; crearea structurii genealogice și descrierea tipului nou de ovine Karakul Moldovenesc.

Цель работы: разработка и научное обоснование концептуальной и стратегической методологии создания и совершенствования нового Молдавского типа каракульских овец. Задачи иссдедований: выявление биологических особенностей продуктивных признаков каракульских ягнят и овец молдавского типа, факторов и коррелятивных связей определяющих их изменчивость; разработка объективных методов оценки признаков, аргументация оптимальных параметров селекции ягнят и эффективных вариантов подбора овец; сравнительная оценка и разработка объективных методов генетического испытания производителей по качеству потомства; исследование скороспелости, наследуемости и повторяемости живой массы и молочности овец; определение экономического значения селекционных признаков, разработка комплексных индексов селекции овец; создание генеалогической структуры и описание нового Молдавского типа каракульских овец.

Aim of the paper: elaboration and scientific foundation of conceptual and strategically methodological of creating and perfecting of new type of Moldavian Karakul sheep. Objectives: revealing the biological particularities of morpho productive characters at the Moldavian Karakul lambs and sheep, elucidate the factors and correlative links that determine their variability; elaboration of objectives methods for characters assessing, argumentation the optimal parameters of lambs selection and efficient variants mating of sheep; comparative assessment and argumentation of objectives methods of genotypic testing of reproductive after qualities of descendents; elucidation precocity, heritability and repeatability of body weight and milk production at the sheep; determining the economic value of the selection character, elaboration the complex indices selection of sheep; creating the genealogical structureof and describe the new type of Moldavian Karakul sheep.
