Эффективность использования ферментных, пробиотических и адсорбентых кормовых добавок в кормлении племенных свиней

Abstract

Цель исследования: научное обоснование и разработка системы использования кормовых добавок нового поколения в кормлении современных мясных пород племенных свиней. Задачи: разработка рецептов полнорационных комбикормов, основанных на использовании местного растительного сырья и кормовых добавок нового поколения; выявление влияния разных уровней кормовых добавок нового поколения на обмен и использование питательных веществ рационов племенными свиньями; определение влияния пробиотиков на развитие микробиоценоза желудочно-кишечного тракта свиней; определение содержания микотоксинов в кормах местного производства, предназначенных для кормления свиней; определение продуктивности и племенных качеств свиней под действием различных кормовых добавок нового поколения; разработка системы полноценного кормления племенных свиней современных мясных пород с использованием кормовых добавок нового поколения; определение экономической эффективности применения разработанных рецептов комбикормов с использованием кормовых добавок нового поколения.

Scopul cercetării: justificarea ştiinţifică şi elaborarea sistemei de utilizare a aditivilor furajeri de generaţie nouă în alimentaţia porcinelor de prăsilă din rase de carne contemporane. Obiective: elaborarea recetelor de nutreţuri combinate echilibrate, bazate pe utilizarea materiei prime furajere de origine vegetală şi a aditivilor furajeri; identificarea impactului diferitelor niveluri de aditivi furajeri de generaţie nouă asupra schimbului şi utilizării substanţelor nutritive din raţii de către porcinele de prăsilă; determinarea influenţei aditivilor probiotici asupra dezvoltării microbiocenozei tractului gastro-intestinal la porcine; aprecierea conţinutului de micotoxine în materia primă furajeră autohtonă, destinată pentru furajarea porcinelor; stabilirea calităţilor productive şi de prăsilă a porcinelor sub acţiunea diferiţilor aditivi furajeri de generaţie nouă; dezvoltarea sistemei de furajare echilibrată a porcinelor de prăsilă din rase contemporane de carne prin utilizarea aditivilor furajeri de generaţie nouă; definirea eficienţei economice în urma utilizării recetelor de nutreţuri combinate elaborate suplimentate cu aditivi furajeri de generaţie nouă.

The purpose of the study: to scientifically substantiate the problems of the effective systemic utilization of the optimal levels of feed additives of new generation, in order to improve the productivity of breeding pigs of modern meat breeds by means of qualitative feeding. Objectives: to develop recipes of complete fodders based on the use of local vegetable raw materials and fodder additives of new generation; to identify the impact of different levels of feed additives of new generation on the exchange and use of the nutrients in the rations by breeding pigs; to determine the effect of probiotics on the development of the microbiocenosis of the pigs’ gastrointestinal tract; to determine the content of mycotoxins in the fodders of local production intended for the feeding of pigs; to determine the pigs’ productivity and breeding qualities under the influence of different feed additives of new generation; to develop a system of full feeding of breeding pigs of modern meat breeds using feed additives of new generation; the determine the economic efficiency of the usage of the developed mixed fodders recipes in which the new generation of feed additives were used.
