dc.description.abstract Power distribution systems are basic parts of power systems and reliability of these systems at present is a key issue for power engineering development and requires special attention. Operation of distribution systems is accompanied by a number of factors that produce random data a large number of unplanned interruptions. Research has shown that the predominant factors that have a significant influence on the reliability of distribution systems are: weather conditions (39.7%), defects in equipment(25%) and unknown random factors (20.1%). In the article is studied the influence of random behavior and are presented estimations of reliability of predominantly rural electrical distribution systems. en_US
dc.description.abstract Sistemele de distribuţie a energiei electrice sunt o parte de bază ale sistemelor electroenergetice şi problemă fiabilităţii acestor sisteme la etapa actuală constituie o problema cheie privind dezvoltarea electroenergeticii şi necesită o deosebită atenţie. Funcţionarea sistemelor de distribuţie este însoţită de o serie de factori cu caracter aleatoriu care produc un număr mare de întreruperi neplanificate. Cercetările efectuate au demonstrat, că factorii predominanţi care au o influenţă semnificativă asupra fiabilităţii sistemelor de distribuţie sunt: condiţiile climaterice (39,7%), defectele în echipamente (25%) şi factorii aleatorii necunoscuţi ( 20,1%). Acest articol este consacrat studiului comportamentului şi estimarea influenţei factorilor aleatori asupra indicatorilor de fiabilitate a sistemelor electrice de distribuţie preponderent rurale. en_US
dc.description.abstract Системы распределения электроэнергии являются основной частью энергосистемы и надежность этих систем в настоящее время является ключевым вопросом для развития энергетики. Эксплуатация распределительных систем сопровождается целым рядом явлений, которые обусловливают большое число случайных и незапланированных перерывов в электроснабжении потребителей. Исследования показали, что преобладающие факторы, которые оказывают существенное влияние на надежность системы распределения являются: погодные условия (39,7%), дефекты оборудования (25%) и неизвестные случайные факторы (20,1%). Данная статья посвящена изучению влияния случайного поведения и оценки надежности электрических систем распределения электрической энергии, преимущественно в сельской местности. en_US
