Tehnologia de obținere a peleților ENPlus din reziduuri agricole în condițiile Republicii Moldova

Abstract

Scopul lucrării este sporirea calității biocombustibililor solizi în acord cu politicile de dezvoltare a surselor regenerabile de energie. Obiectivele lucrării: identificarea stadiului actual referitor la asigurarea calității biocombustibililor solizi în formă de peleți în acord cu bunele practici promovate în UE și corelate cu cele existente la noi în țară; elaborarea recomandărilor pentru alegerea itinerarului tehnologic și dezvoltarea unui model matematic referitor la stabilirea condițiilor optime ale procesului pre-tratare a materiei prime și de stabilire a constituției amestecurilor de biomasă care vor asigura producerea peleților de foc din materie autohtonă cu caracteristici calitative conforme cerințelor normelor ENPlus 3.

Цель диссертации состоит в том, чтобы повысить качество твердого биотоплива в соответствии с политикой развития возобновляемых источников энергии. Задачи диссертации: анализ состояния существующих технологий получения твердого биотоплива в виде гранул в соответствии с требованиями стандартов ЕС; разработка и оптимизация технологического процесса предварительной обработки исходного сырья и производства гранулированного биотоплива, разработка рекомендаций по определению фракционного состава биомассы, обеспечивающей производство гранул, из отечественного сырья, в соответствие с нормативными требованиями ENPlus 3.

Purpose of thesis is the improvement of the quality of solid biofuels in accordance with policies of development of the renewable sources of energy. Aims of thesis: identification of the annual stage regarding the insurance of solid biofuels in the form of pellets in accordance with good practices which are promoted in the EU and which are correlated with those practices which are in our country; elaboration of recommendations for the technological way selection and the development of a mathematical model regarding the establishment of optimal conditions of the pretreatment process of the raw material and the establishment of mixtures of biomass composition which will ensure the production of fire pellets from our own raw material with qualitative characteristics according to requirements rules of ENPlus 3.
