| dc.description.abstract | Problems of the optimization reliability in electrical networks of the different class of voltage have probabilistic nature, they discretely change and depend on the number of factors both definite and indefinite and have importance by selection of electric equipment, graph of development of electrical networks and voltage levels. The definition of the major factors, which have determining significance on their value and speed of their change allow to elaborate methods of their optimization and to elaborate effective methods of their growth limitation in electrical networks with the different class of voltage. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | La etapa actuală în reţelele electrice au loc un număr mare de refuzuri, care afectează procesul de alimentare cu energie electrică a consumatorilor. Asigurarea fiabilităţii reţelelor electrice de diferite niveluri de tensiuni constituie o problemă multifactorială şi depinde în mare măsură de influenţa diferitor factori. Determinarea comportamentului factorilor de influenţă, atât determinaţi şi nedeterminaţi, asupra procesului de distribuţie a energiei electrice permite elaborarea mecanismului de prognoză şi asigurare a nivelului de fiabilitate a reţelelor electrice de diferite niveluri de tensiuni. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | На современном этапе развития сетей из-за большого числа непредвиденных отказов составных элементов недоотпуск электрической энергии потребителям является весьма значительным. Уровень надежности питающих сетей определяется графом электрических сетей и состоянием составных элементов, которые зависят от влияния различных вероятностных факторов. В статьи представлен метод анализа и прогноза показателей надежность электрических и питающих сетей с различными уровнями напряжения. | en_US |
