dc.description.abstract Sistemele electrice sunt cele mai răspândite sisteme tehnice. Procesul de funcționare a acestor sisteme este influenţat de o serie de factori cu caracter aleatoriu, care sunt cauza refuzurilor frecvente in alimentarea consumatorilor. Problema cheie a acestor sisteme este sporirea abilităţii de funcţionare și asigurarea continuităţii alimentării consumatorilor electrici cu energie de calitate. Cunoașterea indicatorilor de fiabilitate și evoluţia lor statistică pe perioada de exploatare permite elaborarea mecanismului de asigurare a consumatorilor cu energie electrică. Lucrarea este consacrată analizei nivelului de fiabilitate a sistemelor electrice, in baza aprecierii indicatorilor fundamentali ai fiabilităţii de funcţionare și a evoluţiei statistice a refuzurilor condiţionate de diferiţi factori de influenta. en_US
dc.description.abstract Electrical systems are the most overspread systems. The process of operation of these systems is inffluenced by a number of aleatory factors that are the cause of frequent refusals of supply of consumers. The key problem of these systems is the increase in the reliability of operation and providing the continuity of supply of consumers with electric power. Knowledge of reliability indicators and their statistical development during the exploitation period, allows of the development of a mechanism to ensure the supply of consumers with electric power. The work is dedicated to the analysis of the level of reliability of the electric systems indicators, on the basis of assessment of fundamental indicators of operation reliability and statistical evolution of refusals conditioned by different factors of influence. en_US
dc.description.abstract Электрические системы являются наиболее распространенными техническими системами. Функционирование этих систем зависит от ряда случайных факторов, которые вызывают частые сбои в поставках потребителям. Ключевая проблема этих систем - повышение эксплуатационной надежности и обеспечение непрерывности поставок качественной электроэнергии потребителям. Идентификация показателей надежности и статистики функционирования позволяет разработать механизм обеспечения потребителей электроэнергией. Статья посвящена анализу уровня надежности системы электроснабжения на основе оценки основных показателей эксплуатационной надежности и сбоев в зависимости от различных факторов влияния. en_US
