Problematica studiului: determinarea măsurilor ce țin de îmbunătățirea eficienței energetice blocul operator care aparține Institutului de Medicină Urgentă. Obiectivele studiului: problema abordată în studiu este cosumul sporit de energie a blocului operator, cauzată de uzura fizică și depășirea tehnologică a clădirii și sistemelor inginerești. Rezultate obținute: în urma auditului energetic al blocului operator s-au identificat economii de energie termică și electrică. Analiza economică confirmă fezabilitatea proiectului, cu o rată internă de rentabilitate de circa 17,5% și o reducere anuală a emisiilor de aproximativ 424 t CO₂.
Study issues: determining measures to improve the energy efficiency of the operating block belonging to the Institute of Emergency Medicine. The study's objectives: the problem addressed in the study is the increased energy consumption of the operating block, caused by physical wear and tear and technological obsolescence of the building and engineering systems. Result obtained: following the energy audit of the operating block, thermal and electrical energy savings were identified. The economic analysis confirms the feasibility of the project, with an internal rate of return of approximately 17,5% and an annual emission reduction of approximately 424 t CO2.
