Productivitatea, calitatea și sensibilitatea soiurilor de cireș la crăpare, altoite pe portaltoi vegetativ

Abstract

The effect of the variety on the cracking of cherries on the Ferrovia, Kordia, Regina, Skeena and Stella varieties, grafted on the Maxima 14 rootstock, was studied. cv. Regina, cv. Skeena) 2021 at their stage of maturation harvesting from 32 trees in each variety. The share of cracked fruits was studied during fruit harvesting in 4 typical trees of each variety. In the laboratory, the mass, firmness, dry matter content and diameter of the fruit were determined. Fruits 1000 g in four identical samples, depending on their diameter, were divided into 5 fractions (<24 mm; 24-25.9 mm; 26-27.9 mm; 28-29.9 mm;> 30 mm). Each fraction was divided into whole and cracked fruits, then the ratio of cracked fruits was calculated. Cracked cherries were highlighted by the place of cracking: on the cheeks longitudinally and transversely; from the peduncular pelvis; from the stylistic point of view. The quality parameters of the fruits were influenced by the variety. The Regina variety is tolerant to cracking, and the Ferrovia, Kordia, Skeena and Stella varieties have great variability depending on the size of the fruit. The explosion rate increases substantially as the diameter of the fruit increases.

S-a studiat efectul soiului asupra crăpării cireșelor la soiurile Ferrovia, Kordia, Regina, Skeena și Stella, altoite pe portaltoiul Maxima 14. Fructele au fost recoltate la 2 iulie (cv. Ferrovia, cv. Kordia, cv. Stella) și la 16 iulie (cv. Regina, cv. Skeena) 2021 la etapa lor de maturare de recoltare din 32 pomi în fiecare soi. Ponderea fructelor crăpate s-a studiat în timpul recoltării fructelor la 4 pomi tipici din fiecare soi. În laborator, s-a determinat masa, fermitatea, conținutul în substanță uscată și diametrul fructelor. Fructele câte 1000 g în patru probe identice, în funcție de diametrul lor, au fost repartizate în 5 fracții (< 24 mm; 24-25,9 mm; 26-27,9 mm; 28-29,9 mm; > 30 mm). Fiecare fracție a fost divizată în fructe integre și crăpate, apoi s-a calculat raportul de fructe crăpate. Cireșele crăpate s-au evidențiat după locul de izbucnire a fisurilor: pe obraji longitudinal și transversal; din bazinul peduncular; din punctul stilar. Parametrii de calitate a fructelor au fost influențați de soi. Soiul Regina este tolerant la crăpare, iar soiurile Ferrovia, Kordia, Skeena și Stella au variabilitate mare în funcție de mărimea fructului. Rata de explozie crește substanțial odată cu mărirea diametrului fructelor.
