With the appearance of advanced digital technology, gaming has become a part of daily life for many individuals. This paper explores the psychological impacts of video games on human behavior and mental well-being. By examining their influence through a multifaceted lens, it highlights the profound effects gaming can have, both positive and negative, on cognitive functions, emotional regulation, and social interactions. Through a combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods, this work aims to provide a nuanced understanding of how video games shape human psychology and to uncover the potential risks and benefits they entail. en_US
