| dc.description.abstract | Le projet „Village allemand” représente une tentative innovante de réinventer l’urbanisation périurbaine en Moldavie. Inspiré par des modèles européens, il vise à créer une communauté durable et inclusive, tout en abordant les défis spécifiques du développement urbain en Moldavie. Ce projet propose une architecture cohérente et une infrastructure moderne, tout en intégrant des principes écologiques pour renforcer la qualité de vie. Toutefois, il soulève également des questions concernant son intégration dans la structure métropolitaine existante et la nécessité de politiques publiques adaptées pour éviter l’isolement socio-spatial. | en_US |
