| dc.description.abstract | Countries worldwide have faced unprecedented uncertainty and disruption, testing their agility and resilience in maintaining both adaptation and stability. While research links employee agility and resilience to organizational adaptability, empirical studies on how to cultivate these capacities remain scarce. This paper addresses that gap by exploring the development of human resource agility and resilience through the lens of the Theory of Planned Behavior, which posits that shifting attitudes and beliefs via supportive culture can foster positive change responses. Drawing on theoretical and empirical literature, we propose a conceptual framework and practical tools for assessing and strengthening organizational agility and resilience as normal operations resume. | en_US |
