Abstract:
The article investigates the effects of digitalization and automation on the efficiency of cadastral processes, especially in the context of real estate registration. The analysis details how the integration of digital technologies into cadastral systems contributes to simplifying and accelerating the registration process, reducing both errors and administrative costs. At the same time, the benefits of automation are assessed, including increased transparency, improved data accessibility and enhanced security of cadastral information, and the favorable impact of these technological innovations on real estate administration is highlighted, and measures are proposed to optimize current cadastral systems.
