Abstract

The modern society, due to its dynamics and flexibility, requires the development of a new model of human personality in order to be open to innovations. University teachers have an important role in the process of students’ education, process which leads to self-affirmation of a competitive personality able to build and shape the future. The teachers are also resposible to promote educational activities focused on the development of intelectual, moral, social and emotional potential in order to achieve many-sided development of students.
