dc.description.abstract	In a society founded on respect for justice, the lawyer fulfils a special role. In this article is described the role of this profession in society and the ways of its recovery. In addition, it highlights the stages of profession development and some requirements that should be taken in consideration in order to increase awareness of the value this profession brings.
