Studiul proprietăților fizice ale semințelor de Anghinarea și floarea-soarelui

Abstract

This article overviews the results of the bibliographic study and of the experimental research on the physical and tehnological properties of the cardoon Cynara cardunculus L. and sunflower Helianthus annuus L. seeds: fractional distribution, basic dimensions (ɭ, b, δ), the mass of a thousand grains, the specific apparent mass, morphological structure, friability represented by the angle of repose α and the angle of friction α1. The measurements were taken according to standard and original methods. The analysis of the obtained results shows that the seeds of cardoon and sunflower after fractional distribution have several fractions (3) and elongated type morphological structure. The friability of the studied seeds is high, having the natural slope angle in the limit 几 = 28.20- 33.20 and the flow angle 几1 = 25.30- 31.30 on different surfaces (steel, wood, enamel). These peculiarities allow the use of existing buildings and technical means in the agri-food sector, for technological handling and processing of a cardoon and sunflower seeds.
