| dc.description.abstract | The main purpose of this article is to get the allocation of the radial displacement and the radial stresses that occur on a radial thick wall of a cylinder created by the rotation of the ax with a constant angular speed and, also created by the displacements given on the circular contours. To validate these results, this problem has been solved by two methods: direct integration and Green function method. Both methods lead to the same analytical expressions for radial displacements and the radial stresses. They were also built the graphs of both the radial displacements and the radial stresses for the axial symmetrical problem of elasticity theory, using software "Maple 15". Both analytical expressions and graphs of the results mentioned confirmed the boundary conditions. The results will be used to determine the radial displacements and the radial stresses needed for the calculations of the strength and stiffness of thick walled cylinders. | en_US |
