Abstract

Purpose and objectives of the thesis: The purpose of the paper is to analyse the investment management aimed at ensuring the implementation of the most advantageous option for the implementation of intentional projects to ensure the sustainable development of business in the Republic of Moldova and faster recovery of investments. In order to achieve this goal, the following tasks are formulated: analysis of the practical content of investment management through the possibility of implementing different financing options within enterprises with the comparison of their advantages; ensuring correct financial engineering in the implementation of investment projects and sustainable development of new businesses; analysis of ways to improve investment management in the Republic of Moldova. The scientific novelty and originality of the results obtained consist in: the analysis and substantiation of the theoretical and scientific aspects regarding the content and essence of investment management, the practical selection of the most advantageous options for the implementation of the investment project and the comparison of the economic results for the options proposed by the financial assurance of the implementation of the business. The theoretical importance of the work. The conclusions and recommendations of the thesis contribute to substantiating the theoretical aspects of financial management, the implementation of investment projects in the agri-food sector, oriented to the implementation of investment projects and the economic argumentation of the economic efficiency indicators for investment projects. Applicative value. The scientific and practical approaches in the thesis are useful and practical for the implementation of investment projects, especially by analysing and arguing the proposed variants of the financing of the investment project for the launch and development in agro-industrial enterprises, aimed at ensuring an advantageous financial engineering and with a reduced payback period.

Scopul lucrării constă în analiza managementului investițiilor orientat la asigurarea implementării celei mai avantajoase variante de implementare a proiectelor intenționale pentru asigurarea dezvoltării sustenabile a afacerilor în Republica Moldova și recuperării mai rapide a investițiilor. În vederea realizării acestui scop sunt formulate următoarele sarcini: analiza conținutului practic al managementului investițiilor prin posibilitatea implementării diferitor variante de finanțare în cadrul întreprinderilor cu compararea avantajelor lor; asigurarea unei inginerii financiare corecte la implementarea proiectelor investiționale și dezvoltarea sustenabilă a afacerilor noi; analiza căilor de perfecționare a managementul investițiilor în RM. Noutatea și originalitatea științifică a rezultatelor obținute constă în: analiza și fundamentarea aspectelor teoretice și științifice privind conținutul și esența managementului investițiilor, selectarea practică a celor mai avantajoase variante de implementare a proiectului investițional și compararea rezultatelor economice pentru variantele propuse de asigurarea financiară a implementării afacerii. Importanța teoretică a lucrării. Concluziile și recomandările tezei contribuie la fundamentarea aspectelor teoretice despre managementul financiar la implementarea proiectelor investiționale în sectorul agroalimentar orientat la implementarea proiectelor investiționale și argumentarea economică indicatorilor eficienței economice pentru proiectele investiționale. Valoarea aplicativă. Abordările științifice și practice din teză sunt utile și practice la implementarea proiectelor investiționale, în special prin analiza și argumentarea variantelor propuse ale finanțării proiectului investițional pentru lansarea și dezvoltare în întreprinderi agroindustriale, orientate la asigurarea unei inginerii financiare avantajoase și cu o perioada de recuperabilitate a investițiilor reduse.
