Impactul produsului ZooBioR asupra statusului clinico-hematologic la prepeliţe-ouătoare

Abstract

Scopul lucrării constă în argumentarea ştiinţifică a acţiunii remediului biologic activ ZooBioR din spirulină asupra oranismului prepeliţelor ouătoare, în special asupra sănătăţii, parametrilor marcher ai statusului clinic, cât şi ai statusului hematologic la prepeliţele-ouătoare, exploatate în condiţii fiziologice, de fermă avicolă. Obiectivele investigaţiilor: Evidenţierea evenimentului de toleranţă de către prepeliţe, crescute şi exploatate în condiţii fiziologice, de fermă zootehnică a remediului ecologic ZooBioR, administrat cu hrana acestora; stabilirea fenomenului de sănătate a prepeliţelor, atât intacte (fără remediu testst) cât şi a celor, hrana cărora a fost suplimentată pe durata studiului cu remediul ZooBioR prin intermediul indicatorilor marcher ai statusului clinic – temperatura corporală şi respiraţia păsărilor; evaluarea impatuluiacţiunii medicamentului ecologic ZooBioR asupra parametrilor hematologici marcher la prepeliţe; contribuţia cercetărilor clinico-hematologice în stabilirea complexă a dozei optimale de folosire a remediului medicamentos ZooBioR din Spirulina platensis la prepeliţele-ouătoare. Noutatea şi originalitatea ştiinţifică a lucrării: În premieră s-a administrat produsul medicamentos ZooBioRprepeliţelor, s-a stabilit că acest produs este bine tolerat de către aceată categorie de păsări. În acelaşi timps-au determinat indiatorii marcheri ai statusul clinico-hematologic la prepeliţe hrana cărora a fost suplimentată cu preparatul ZooBioR. Studiul s-a realizat în condiţii de fermă avicolă pe 4 loturi de păsări: 3 experimentale şi 1 lot martor. Valoarea practică a lucrării. A fost studiată şi stabilită evoluţia parametrilor marcher ai statusului clinico-hematologic la prepeliţele-ouătoare, atât intacte, cât şi cele la care hrana a fost suplimentată cu remediul ZooBioR, valori care permit stabilirea fenomenului de toleranţă a acestui produs de către păsări, cât şi sănătatea lor.

The objectives of the investigations: Highlighting the event of tolerance by quails, raised and exploited in physiological conditions, of the zootechnical farm of the ecological remedy ZooBioR, administered with their food; establishing the health phenomenon of the quails, both intact (without the testst remedy) and those whose food was supplemented during the study with the ZooBioR remedy through the marker indicators of the clinical status - body temperature and breathing of the birds; evaluation of the impact of the ecological medicine ZooBioR on hematological marker parameters in quails; the contribution of clinical and hematological research in the complex establishment of the optimal dosage of the ZooBioR medicinal remedy from Spirulina platensis in laying quails. The novelty and scientific originality of the work: For the first time, he administered the medicinal product ZooBioR to quails, it was established that this product is well tolerated by this category of birds. At the same time, they determined markers of the clinical-hematological status in quail whose food was supplemented with the ZooBioR preparation. The study was carried out in poultry farm conditions on 4 batches of birds: 3 experimental and 1 control batch. The practical value of the work. The evolution of the marker parameters of the clinical-hematological status in laying quails, both intact and those whose feed was supplemented with the ZooBioR remedy, was studied and established, values that allow the establishment of the phenomenon of tolerance of this product by the birds, as well as their health.
