Abstract

Legal responsibility, including patrimonial legal liability, has been the subject of study and analysis since ancient times, the concern to penalize as effectively as possible the violating lawmaker has evolved over time, and the patrimonial legal sanction has gained new dimensions from from one historical point of view to another. Thus, from the primitive stage of private responsibility, through an evolution, came to the present conception, which is characterized by a well-expressed system, in a general rule and not by an enumeration of cases as it was in the old days.
