Ordinea politico-statală și ordinea juridică: manifestări și interdependențe

Abstract

The present research analyzes the importance and nether necessity of the existence of order, which is related to a strategy of human self-preservation, to an acceptance of a balance that we, as individuals, have not yet found. And at the level of society, we have placed in concentric circles first: the social order with the highest limits, from which the politico-state order and the legal order are born, and from which, in turn, the law order, the public order is born, the central point of all these orders being the “individual”, who paradoxically is the only one who can give their true measure, because he represents their foundation, the essential goal. The order of law being the closest to the individual, it is also the one that can influence him the most.
