Abstract

The desire to Moldova's EU integration forward new approaches and objectives including rural central place. A diversified economy, effective and based on technology transfer and best practices necessary. The article examined some issues regarding sustainable development. The rural area is viewed as a means of reducing the concentration of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere, and instead of producing raw materials and regeneration of natural resources. It examines new requirements for skills training of future specialists who are the key players. Are some suggestions on preparing professionals territorial organization, cadastre and evaluation of the future will work in rural areas.
