dc.description.abstract Obiceiurile de consum alimentar ale omenirii s-au fundamentat în decursul a mai multor perioade istorice, devenind veritabile sisteme nutriţionale condiţionate de factorul natural, ierarhia socială, schimburile culturale, orientarea religioasă. Progresul tehnologic, de după cel de-Al Doilea Război Mondial, a contribuit la dezvoltarea unei industrii alimentare puternice, dar şi la crearea alimentelor „comode”, la apariţia alimentelor fast-food şi la utilizarea aditivilor şi emulgatorilor. Aceşti factori au acţionat şi asupra comportamentului alimentar moldovenesc, care a suferit schimbări datorită mobilităţii consumatorilor peste hotare, datorită insuficienţei timpului liber şi frustrărilor psihologice. Scopul cercetării a constat în determinarea tipului comportamentului alimentar al tinerei generaţii, factorii ce-l generează şi evidenţierea unei posibile mutaţii cu impact pozitiv asupra sănătăţii indivizilor. en_US
dc.description.abstract The food consumption habits of mankind have been developed over many historical periods to become true nutritional systems conditioned by the natural factor, social hierarchy, cultural exchanges, and religious orientation. The post-World War II technological progress has contributed to the development of a strong food industry, to the appearance of fast food and to the use of additives and emulsifiers. These factors have also acted on Moldovan food behaviour that has undergone changes due to the mobility of consumers abroad, to the lack of free time and to psychological frustrations. The aim of the research was to determine the type of food behaviour of the young generation, the factors that generate it and to highlight a possible mutation with a positive impact on the health of individuals. en_US
