| dc.description.abstract | This article presents the results of the transformations valuation concerning land use in Chisinau municipality, in spatial and temporal aspect, for the period 2002-2018, through the Balance Method and the Gini Concentration Index. The Balance Method allowed to determine the contribution of different factors to the modification of the researched phenomenon. The Gini Coefficient (CGC) was applied to assess the degree of land concentration by categories of use, which evolved from 0.429 in 2002 to 0.419 in 2018, and the absolute minimum 0.408 was recorded in 2011. Locally, 5 classes of land concentration were established according to the GCC, which highlight the differentiated nature of land use. | en_US |
