Securitatea economică prin prisma inovaţiilor: aplicativitatea regulii de aur

Abstract

In this scientific article is analyzed the economic security of the Republic of Moldova through the innovations. Its basis is represented by the statistic data and informational sources about the national economic security. The objective of the investigation consists in highlighting the innovational impact on the economic security by highlighting the indicators of interdependence between them by applying the “Golden Rule”. The analysis of the statistic data highlights the methodological solution of the addressed problem that permits: highlighting the criterion by which the problem is resolved; the lack of such methodological treatment could generate the growth of the economy as a whole, and the reduction of the population’s livelihood. Based on the methodology applied and reproduced in the article, it can be said that in some countries the level of unproductive consumption is reduced due to the low level of technical endowment of the work potential, and in other countries the non-productive consumption is reduced due to the overworking of labor with productive capital. The purpose of this methodology does not reduce at the ascertainment, but becomes constructive, suggests ideas, principles, treatments, methods of insurance of the economic growth. The economic security can be ensured by innovational organization of the innovative structures.
