Poziţia investiţională internaţională a Republicii Moldova

Abstract

Activitatea investițională în Republica Moldova este cel mai important factor ce determină dezvoltarea social-economică a ţării. Atragerea investiţiilor străine directe rămâne a fi o sarcină actuală, de a cărei soluţionare eficientă depind mersul, ritmurile şi rezultatele reformelor efectuate. În condiţiile economiei de piaţă, este necesar un număr colosal de investiţilor străine, însă volumele investiţiilor străine directe atrase, deocamdată, nu satisfac nevoile reale ale Moldovei. Autorii prezintă un studiu al indicatorilor aferenți poziției investiționale internaționale a Republicii Moldova vizavi de potențialul investițional real. Articolul este interesant atât pentru stabilirea planului de acțiune în vederea dezvoltării investițiilor străine directe, cât și ca suport informațional pentru potențialii investitori străini. Lucrarea prezentă conclude și cu propuneri relevante pentru dezvoltarea potențialului investițional al Republicii Moldova.

Investment activity in the Republic of Moldova is the most important factor that determines the socio-economic development of the country. Attracting foreign direct investments remains a current task, the effective solution of which depends on the progress, pace and results of the reforms carried out. Under the market economy conditions, a colossal number of foreign investments are required, but the volumes of foreign direct investments attracted, for the moment, do not meet the real needs of Moldova for foreign investments. The authors present a study of the indicators related to the international investment position of the Republic of Moldova vis-à-vis the real investment potential. The article is of interest both for establishing the action plan for the development of foreign direct investments and for informational support for potential foreign investors. The paper concludes with relevant proposals for the development of the investment potential of the Republic of Moldova.
