dc.description.abstract The land is the greatest natural wealth inherited by a country. In this context, the state has not only the right but also the obligation to protect and properly manage it by developing and implementing new mechanisms and methods. State policy concerning the regulation of land relations is reflected in the development of legal norms (normative acts). The regulation of land relations based on the legislative acts represents an objective necessity and it should correspond to the evolution of land reform. It should be also noted the need to harmonize land legislation of the Republic of Moldova with the law requirements of the European Union. en_US
