Cadastru modern sau integritatea multifuncţională a cadastrului

Abstract

At present, the slogan “there is no economy without cadastre” is up-to-date and it is recognized as an axiom in the process of social economic development as a whole. The attempts to contest this axiom, through various arguments, including also the peculiarities (specific features) of cadastre in England, can’t face reality. However, this important slogan for the development of cadastral process occurred at a certain stage of its development. Therefore, it is important to know and to study thoroughly the historical development of cadastre. In this context, the authors found historical analogies and parallels between the development of different states, and obviously, contradictions that require further study. Modern cadastre also differs from other processes particularly because of the fact that, over the last 30- 50 years, conceptual changes occur in the content of cadaster, obviously based on the major modifications that took place in the social - economic development during centuries and millennia. The Republic of Moldova is implementing cadastre over 25 years. The period (length of time) is satisfactory in order to ask and answer the following questions: what kind of cadastre do we implement? modern? integral? multifunctional? Can the slogan “there is no economy without cadastre” be used in our case?
