Vînzarea – cumpărarea terenurilor destinate agriculturii (aspecte economice, juridice, politice)

Abstract

The article is devoted to current issues related to the land relations of the Republic of Moldova such as the "sale – purchase of land destined for agriculture." The value of agricultural land in Moldova is comparable only with the human value. It is impossible to imagine Moldova without agricultural land. This axiom establishes a priority status for the agricultural land and for agriculture as a whole over other lands and other areas. The errors committed in this respect, regarding the distribution, have a far greater impact on society than other errors. The development of a balanced political theory on the sale - purchase of land destined for agriculture is of a major importance for Moldova. In their conclusions, the authors proposed their own opinions regarding the issues on the sale - purchase of land destined for agriculture.
