Influenţa regimurilor termice şi a compuşilor mediului asupra specificului materialului seminal la crioconservare

Abstract

The present optimization of the thermical regimens of technological processing of the seminal material correlates with perfection of the cryoprotective remedies for the rooster sperm. The obtained results established, that rooster sperm shows increased sensibility to the influence of the environmental factors, which is necessary to take into account when handling them. The decreased level of the gamete pathologies in the cryoconservation process of the rooster sperm and increasing of the physiological indices it is possible by using the optimal speed of refrigerating and congelation, and also are characteristic for animal species, synthetical medium and ways of wrapping the seminal material. The exogenous lipids, used in the cryoconservation process of the rooster material seminal has protective properties only on the longevity of the defrosted spermatozoa, which can be conditioned through the lipids properties to substitute and save energy sources needed to prolong their vital activity.
