Eficiența tehnologiilor sustenabile în construcții

Abstract

Scopul lucrării constă în evaluarea eficienței tehnologiilor sustenabile aprobate în cadrul proiectului din punct de vedere economic și ecologic, și de a oferi propuneri practice pentru optimizarea performanței energeticeși ecologice fără a reduce nivelul de confort a construcției. Pentru realizara acestui scop, au fost stabilite următoarele obiective: 1.Determinarea conceptelor construcțiilor sustenabile și tehnologiile și metodele de obținere a energie verzi în republica Moldova. 2.Identificarea tehnologiilor și materialelor propuse pentru sporirea sustenabilității proiectului actual. 3.Efectuarea analizei comparative a metodelor tradiționale și celor moderne de asigurare cu energiem căldură și a termoizolației. 4.Elaborarea devizului de cheltuieli pentru implimentarea proiectului și comparea costului de inițiere și pe termen lung. Lucrarea de licență „Eficiența Tehnologiilor Sustenabile în Construcție.” Analizează concepte teoretice și soluții practice ce ține de implimentarea tehnologiilor sustenabile în construcțiile cu destinație locativă având ca scop principal analiza impactului acestora asupra consumului de resurse, costurilor inițiale și pe termen lung. Studiul a fost efectuat în baza unui proiect existent de tip duplex divizat pentru 2 familii, din orașul Durlești. Metodele aplicate în procesul elaborării proiectului cuprind analiza și sinteza documentară, studiul de caz, analiza comparativă, elaborarea devizelor de cheltuieli, simularea de schimbare a sistemelor tradiționale cu cele sustenabil. Datele obținute au contribut la elaborarea concluziei finale. Lucrarea dată oferă o evaluare detaliată a soluțiilor implimentate în proiectul actual ce contribuie la un mediu mai curat și eficient.

The purpose of the thesis is to evaluate the efficiency of sustainable technologies approved within the project from an economic and ecological point of view, and to provide practical proposals for optimizing the energy and ecological performance without reducing the level of comfort of the construction. To achieve this goal, the following objectives have been set: 1.Determining the concepts of sustainable construction and the technologies and methods of obtaining green energy in the Republic of Moldova. 2.Identifying the technologies and materials proposed to increase the sustainability of the current project. 3.Conducting a comparative analysis of traditional and modern methods of providing heat and energy and thermal insulation. 4.Elaborating the cost estimate for the implementation of the project and comparing the initial and long-term costs. The bachelor's thesis "Efficiency of Sustainable Technologies in Construction." Analyzes theoretical concepts and practical solutions related to the implementation of sustainable technologies in residential constructions, with the main purpose of analyzing their impact on resource consumption, initial and long-term costs during the exploitation period. The study was conducted based on an existing project of a divided duplex for 2 families, located in Durleşti. The methods applied in the elaboration of the project include documentary analysis and synthesis, case study, comparative analysis, elaboration of cost estimates, simulation of the change from traditional to sustainable systems. The obtained data contributed to the final conclusion. This paper provides a detailed evaluation of the solutions implemented in the current project that contribute to a cleaner and more efficient environment.
