| dc.description.abstract | The process of cooling and preparing reproductive material for freezing at extremely low temperatures is accompanied by destruction associated with thermal and osmotic stress. As a result of such disorders, the vital components of gametes can enter the intercellular space. Incidentally, a destruction of architectonics can be associated with complex biochemical, biophysical and functional changes in the cells. According to the obtained experimental data, in the study of 2000 gametal cells (90.4 ± 1.31 % - normal and 9.6 ± 1.31 % - with pathologies), in the case of using glucose-glycerol-vitelline medium, 74.8 ± 1.50 % of the spermatozoa proved to be with normal architectonics, and 15.2 ± 1.50 % - with pathological changes, and when using media based on lactose and raffinose, the number of pathological forms increased to 19.4 ± 1.77 % in the case of lactose and 36.2 ± 2.14 % in case of raffinose. This indicates the role of molecular mass in osmosis and the metabolism of nutrients necessary to maintain the life activity of gametal cells in the process of freezing-defreezing. | en_US |
