Abstract

Proiectul este compus din memoriu explicativ cu anexele aferente și partea grafică. Memoriul format din 7

capitole, concluzii, bibliografie, anexe, cumulat în total de 126 pagini format A4.

Partea grafică este desenată pe 13 coli A1. Capitolul I ,, Arhitectura construcțiilor” este prezentat pe 4 coli A1, am reprezentat planul general a construcției , plan de situație , tabelul cu indici tehnico-economici, plan parter , 2 secțiuni care formează un plan prin construcție, una longitudinală, iar cealaltă transversală, care ne oferă mai multe detalii cu nodurile aferente și fațadele . Capitolul II ,, Rezistența și stabilitatea construcțiilor” este specificat pe 2 coli formatul A1, ce includ dimensionarea stâlpilor , grinzilor metalice, numărul de elemente, noduri cu specificații.

Pentru realizarea acestui capitol am efectuat calculul elementelor structurale a clădirii, utilizând metoda elementelor finite, cu ajutorul softului SCAD Office. Capitolul III ,, Geotehnică și fundații ” în acest compartiment sunt examinate varinatele de alcăturire a dimensiunile fundațiilor în baza proprietățile solului aferent pentru viitoarea construcție, în final am obținut 2 tipuri de fundații izolate și continui de suprafață, fiind expus în o coală format A1. Plan fundații , secțiunea geologică și detalieri. Capitolul IV ,, Tehnologia Construcțiilor ” în baza caietului de sarcini am elaborat realizarea infrastructurii și a supra structurii de rezistență a halei parter. Aici sunt prezentate soluțiile de executare a lucrărilor de terasament și executarea lucrărilor de betonare și armare a fundațiilor. Este elaborat și planul de montare a suprastructurii de rezistență din confecții metalice. Toate planurile sunt la Sc 1:200 dar detaliile si nodurile la Sc 1:20, Sc 1:10 Capitolul V ,, Organizarea construcțiilor ” a fost capitolul rezervat pentru calculul necesar pentru elaborarea planului general de organizare a șantierului, precum și graficul executării lucrărilor, dar și necesarul forței de muncă. Capitolul VI ,, Economia Construcțiilor ” în cadrul acestui capitol am aflat valoarea, dar și costul devizului integral pentru viitorul centru comercial. Capitolul VII ,, Securitatea activității vitale ” în acest capitolul sunt expuse principalele măsurile de evitare a accidentelor de muncă, prevenirea lor, astfel încât să asigurăm cele mai sigure condiții de muncă pentru muncitori dar și pentru întreaga perioada de desfășurare a șantierului.

The project is composed of an explanatory memorandum with related annexes and graphic part. The memorandum consists of 7 chapters, conclusions, bibliography, appendices, total 126 A4 pages. The graphic part is drawn on 13 A1 sheets. Chapter I ,, Construction architecture" is presented on 4 A1 sheets, we have represented the general plan of the construction, situation plan, table with technical-economic indexes, ground floor plan, 2 sections that form a plan through the construction, one longitudinal and the other transverse, which gives us more details with the nodes and facades. Chapter II ,, Strength and stability of constructions" is specified on 2 A1 format sheets, which include the dimensioning of columns, steel beams, number of elements, nodes with specifications.

For the realization of this chapter we have carried out the calculation of the structural elements of the building, using the finite element method, with the help of SCAD Office software. Chapter III ,, Geotechnics and Foundations " in this section are examined the variants of composition the dimensions of the foundations based on the properties of the soil related to the future construction, in the end we obtained 2 types of isolated and continuous foundations of surface, being exposed in a sheet format A1. Foundations plan , geologic section and details. Chapter IV ,, Construction Technology " on the basis of the specifications we have developed the realization of the infrastructure and superstructure of the ground floor hall. Here are presented the solutions for the execution of the earthworks and the execution of concreting and reinforcement of the foundations. The plan for the erection of the steel superstructure is also prepared. All plans are at Sc 1:200 but details and nodes at Sc 1:20, Sc 1:10. Chapter V ,, Organization of the constructions " was the chapter reserved for the calculations necessary for the elaboration of the general plan for the organization of the site, as well as the schedule of the execution of the works and the manpower requirements. Chapter VI ,, Economics of Construction " in this chapter we found out the value, but also the cost of the full estimate for the future shopping center. Chapter VII ,, Safety of vital activity " in this chapter the main measures to avoid work accidents, their prevention are exposed, so as to ensure the safest working conditions for the workers but also for the whole period of the construction site.
