dc.description.abstract The purpose of the research was to determine the efficiency in the use of antioxidants in the composition of synthetic media for cryopreservation of sperm of farm animals. As a result of executed researches it is established that substances of different origin show a differential effect when diluted and hypothermal storage of sperm of the boar. This allows to conclude that the perspective research in the field of cryopreservation of biological objects is to investigation more effective regulation of redox reactions in the preservation process. en_US
